Machine lights with separate ballasts are found at every application which is limited in space.

Compact fluorescent tubes produce an enormous light output in relation to its energy consumption. By placing the ballast externally a high temperature development inside the lamp body can be significantly reduced.

We recommend to install the ballast not further than 2000mm from the lamp body. If this is not possible, the line coming from the ballast going to the light fitting should be shielded.

Depending on the choice of the protection tube it can be used for a lot of different purposes.
